My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near the old Cannes town and a short walk to the Croisette, making it very convenient. However, the room situation, especially with a one-year-old, was a bit uncomfortable due to its layout. The dining experience was mediocre, but the service was okay with some language barriers.

The rooms, though clean, were a bit small for our liking and needed a freshen up. Accessible only by steps from either floor, this layout was slightly uncomfortable, especially with a one-year-old.

The service was okay, and the manager was cooperative. However, there were some communication issues due to limited English and a misunderstanding regarding payment.

The hotel's location was a mix of pros and cons. It's very good for being near the old Cannes town and a short walk to the main boulevard along the beach, but being close to the railway station was a drawback.
